Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Cavitation (single session).

Ultrasonic cavitation emits low-frequency sound waves that create micro-bubbles in fat cell membranes, causing them to rupture. The released fat is then processed by the lymphatic and elimination systems, reducing localized fat without damaging surrounding tissues.

Most clients feel gentle warmth and a mild buzzing sensation; discomfort is minimal. We adjust settings for comfort, and topical cooling or breaks are offered. If you experience persistent pain, tell your provider immediately.

Some clients notice slight smoothing or reduced measurements within days, but optimal results often appear over two to four weeks as the body clears released fat. Multiple sessions may be recommended for more significant contouring.

Common temporary effects include mild redness, swelling, tenderness, or localized bruising. Some report increased thirst or light fatigue as the body processes fat. Most side effects resolve within days; we provide aftercare guidance to minimize symptoms.

Ideal candidates are near their target weight with localized fat pockets resistant to diet and exercise, good overall health, and realistic expectations. Not suitable for pregnancy, pacemakers, or certain medical conditions—consultation and screening required.

Hydrate well before and after treatment, avoid alcohol and heavy meals, and gently massage the treated area to support lymphatic drainage. Maintain healthy diet and light exercise to enhance results; follow personalized aftercare instructions provided by our staff.
